Seems to get good reviews.

We do work for them, and I don't remember any real problems or frustrations. As always, you need to read the smallprint, ideally before you sign up.

I have a GEM policy. One call out so far, response time was faster than any AA patrol I have had before. But then that may have been because it was in Yorkshire and the well heeled people there rarely have any breakdowns.
