Back in my RS2000 days (oh happy days) a mate of mine had a Mk 2 van with uprated RS running gear, an awsome engine and two bags of cement over the back axle, it went round corners like a rocket slid on rails and did a low 13s quarter at the pod, if only we could turn back the clocks, i would still have my RS and ....................well we can dream  :'(

I would too, as a proper play thing. :y

I use to have a nice clean example of one of those Vans.

L reg (72) I think, had a 1650 stage 2 Blue Print Engine, pre cross flow and 40 DHOC Weber side drafts.

Whent like Stink. Sold mine for 200 quid about 15 years ago!!!!!! >:(
Pre x-flow. I know they'll fit if you turn the engine mounts round but we used to swap pre x-flow for x-flow. Mind you a RWD Eccy with a 1500GT would be a fun drive, we used to drop 'em in Anglias!!! :D

Sounds familiar............. :y :y :y
