how do remove the rear headrest on my 51 plate estate thanks Iain

how do remove the rear headrest on my 51 plate estate thanks Iain

On the round collars that the headrests slide into , there is a flat push in button each side  that you press in

 & then simply  pull out the head rest .

There are 2 push buttons per headrest  . .  . one on each side

This is presuming that an estate is the same as a saloon  :-\

Not without dismantling the seat back... they fold forward to allow you to fold the seat flat, but that's it :y

You dont, they dont remove.

On the round collars that the headrests slide into , there is a flat push in button each side  that you press in

 & then simply  pull out the head rest .

There are 2 push buttons per headrest  . .  . one on each side

This is presuming that an estate is the same as a saloon  :-\
On the FL there different Al.

On the 2 outer headrests you push the centre button on the main rear seat under each headrest, the headrest then flips forward in front of itself and hides itself so the seats can be folded flat (rear footwells need to be clear). the centre headrest just pushes down flat into the rear seat.  ;)
