Do you know....I am seriously thinking we 'seniors' should have a thread of our own. No-one under sixty can post. We can discuss things that these young whippersnappers can't comment on and ridicule us oldies.
Such as how to use Cruise Control? ;D

Funny you should mention that as er-indoors called me last week to tell me my cruise control was not working as when she fit the set button it took off like a scolded cat.

Of course she was pressing the resume button and had totally lost the ability to operate cruise on all but her Barbie Bus.

This brings me great pleasure, knowing its not just me  ;D ;D ;D ;D

Seriously...I did not realise there was a resume button. That explains why mine takes off like the clappers. I thought it was an electrical fault. :o
Terbs, Mrs DTM doesn't count, as she's a girl, and we all know women are useless with technological things. That's why irons and washing machines only have one control.

It probably won't happen, Baza....the main forum would lose a wealth of knowledge and experience. Where the world would revolve around proper talk and not constant abbreviations, etc.
No mention of ipods, ipads, ipids ipeds, 3g, 5g, (whatever that is), We talk of pensions, gardening, those were the days, Hillman Imps, Ford Populars, Ford Consuls, where we kept the horse.......you get the drift ;D
They would be lost without us. :y
