Heater air vent direction modifications
« on: 22 March 2015, 09:46:10 »

Hi !

I've got a tricky question to ask. Is it possible to change the air direction in the heater in a way, that it always will blow the air through those big side vents in the dasboard ? There is those little vents above them, that will blow the air to the side windows, but it's not enought to keep them open in the winters, they still mist up way too easily (and there's no water on the floors, to blame or other reasons for misting up). In comparison, my gf's G-Astra always blows air through those side vents and there isn't no problems at all. I think it's a little desing fault, that they did separate those side vents from the windscreen blowing program, whereas on many other cars they are together.

Mods, delete this post, if there is already solution. :)

Point the vents towards the windows and set the controls to face. Close the centre vents. Maximum airflow to the side windows, just like the manual says ;)

No, not that way, I want them to be open same time, as it blows into the windscreen.
