Gearbox heating up..
« on: 01 April 2015, 22:56:30 »

Evening all.
Just a quick one, I noticed tonight when I arrived at work a 32 mile journey, that there was a bit of heat coming from the console where the auto box selector is.. I take it this is probably not normal..
My gear changes are all normal except for the little bit of heat..?
And is there a dipstick to check the gearbox oil level..?
Thanks.

Be aware that the channels for the rear vents go through the centre console, and may be causing the heat?
Mine gets warm when I am roasting myself.
Oooer.
