trouble with alarm .

 Hi everyone i have a 53 plate cdx last week my remote key fob went wrong and i couldnt get into my car as at the time key entry didnt work .  i called a locksmith to get me in my car which he did and now my key works opening and locking the car now great .
   
   but the key fob for the alarm doesnt work that has been repaired also but still dont work it wont unlock or lock and the red L.E.D light on centre consul is constanly flashing plus hazard lights flash all the time unless i take fuse out the car still drives i have indicators but no dash i.e speedo or rev counter or anything .

   can anyone help me please
  the locksmith is puzzled also and the remote has a new battery

Have you tried resetting the key....put in the ignition and turn on to show ignition lights,,then press on/off buttons on the fob a couple of times..turn ignition off..exit car and then try to lock it with the fob  :y

Would be worth checking the fuses if there's no power to the instrument panel.  :y

Fuse 15 rings a bell as a common suspect. Could be that has some influence on the alarm / locking too.

Thank you for your message i have checked all fuses i was having to take out fuse no 12 as this stopped the flashers going off this fuse is the 1 for the dash instruments i would leave it for a while then pop it back in all would be fine for a while then it would start again the flashers going off .
      i have tried everything ive checked the power sounder that had already been disconnected and removed by the owner before me is there any other way i can disconnect the vauxhall alarm as i cant open boot via boot release in cabin area onlyb way i can open boot is via pulling down back seat and using emergancy boot release .
