Well happy....that's all three Omega's through the MOT in the last 3 weeks and no advisories. Just the belt on the new one to do and that's all three belted :y

It is a good feeling, especially knowing the problems these cars can throw up. But I was confident as it has had wishbones, and an exhaust not too long ago, no codes, and all dash lights working. Good tyres also :y

It sure is, although only one of mine had no ad-V's, so you are ahead of me there, but at least that is 5 that live on for another year. :y :y :y

Never really took any notice of mileage, but as swmbo took the ticket to file, she said, 'Do you realise that the blue car has only done 10,000 in the last five years, and last year it only did 1200' :o

Looks like in my case, it will be rust that finishes them, not mechanics. Body wise they are quite good, its what you can't see underneath. :y

Mr EMD.....

Since my venture into purchasing the third Omega, things have been, how shall we say, slightly 'strained' at times. Swmbo, is slowly becoming more agreeable with the new purchase, so for the sake of my heath and longevity, I would request, as swmbo does read some of these posts, that any mention of further adding to my collection, be put on the back burner, well away from view.
I thank you kindly, sir ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
