rear headlight levelling sensor

Afternoon all,

can someone please tell me where the rear headlight levelling sensor is passenger or drivers side?

it would appear that the isnt one or that the previous owner has removed it, is the a diagram so l can see what it looks like? ???

It should be where the wishbone attaches to the subframe, near the rear of the cill IIRC.

It's exactly the same as the front sensor, just a differnt bracket.if it was missing you'd have a field message on the dash.

l get the message low beam field vision, have just checked it appears to be on the drivers side, doesnt appear to be broken so any other reason why l am getting this message? :-[

Are you sure its there...I done mine on the passenger side ??? If you look just in front of the rear nearside wheel, you can see it, about 9" in from the sill. :y Look just under the trailing arm (I think its called)

the head light level sensor is as above .... ie on the passenger side. The sensor you've found on the driver's side is the suspension self level sensor.

If it`s missing then that`ll be the reason for the `Field Vision/Low Beam` message on the MID.
