Hi,
I have Omega B 1996 with a hydraulic clutch system...
I changed the friction plate and the pressure plate but my car still start move just when the pedal near the top.
So, is the clutch pedal engage point adjustable or not? If yes, how to do that...

Did you also change the release bearing? If not why not? :-\

That's how they are I think. Never owned a manual personally, but the ones I have driven have a very long pedal and bite nearer the end of that travel.

Not something I personally think is good about the manual, hence prefer the comparatively much more refined auto.

All of which is of no use to anyone. Sorry.

Agreed, my first omega was a manual and it had a high pedal. As long as it changes gear fine and doesn't slip then you are OK. I can't say they are all like that as I only had one manual omega, but I would suspect you are fine and just need to get used to the pedal travel.
Hopefully someone with more manual omega expertise will be along soon.
