As above I can find what appears to be the low pressure line and it's Schrader valve, but I'm damned if I an find the other one.

Anyone any idea?

ps LP line runs right about the timing belt cover and is easily visible

If its like daughters Fiesta that I replaced condenser on yesterday, the dryer had the low pressure valve on the top of it and was hidden below the drivers headlight .Right PITA to get at ,but all replaced now so just need it regassed

Might be worth tracing the metal pipes from condenser back into engine bay  :y

Thanks Amba. I had a looksee and the pipes coming out the receiver/drier just disappear in to engine forestry  ::) and the ones from the condenser do the same except the LP line that's easily viewable.

thing that's of concern is the chap was told that he needed to go to Renault to have it done  ??? reading between the lines that's a case of ''couldn't find the HP line therefore cant be bothered''..............or he could be right. who knows!

Have you looked in the Offside Rear wheel arch yet?

It's French, so looking anywhere sensible is a waste of time ;D
