I always drink a load of (tap) water.  A couple of big glasses after a session is essential ;D

Too much crap food last couple of weeks, I'm craving some veg.

OMG, craving veg, and given up drinking.  What have I become  :-X

;D I would not like to say!! That is bad! Is is cauli and parnips... or is it more of the green stuff that you crave? There is a psychological phenonomolgical cause of such cravings you know.  :y
