The realisation dawns
« on: 18 August 2015, 12:45:04 »

The nights are drawing in, the mornings/evenings are becoming colder and the weather is dreary. The long summer holiday is coming to an end and wife and son look quite depressed.

They weren't toooooo bad, saying they had nearly two weeks left, but when I said that, after today, it was a mere twelve days left, they went all sad on me  :(

I can't wait for them to fick off and give me a bit of peace.  ;D

Looking outside;I see it's about 10degrees, raining and windy. That certainly seems like summer weather to me!

Heating on? Must be grim up there. :o

It's been so muggy here the rain was a welcome relief this evening. (except that my planned bike ride to the pub was scuppered)
