The UK National Sperm Bank has only 9 donors!    So I reckon they need the 'Power of OOF'!   

At £35 a pop it could be nice little sideline for our more impoverished members and I can see Lord Opti nipping in with a copy of Country Life tucked under his arm!

I think you mean CSA, not CPS (unless they've again changed the name?), I too remember hearing that and thinking 'no thanks'. Not only that but in theory, if you have children and donate - they could up together  Cue deliverance guitar
