Please Delete Me
« on: 15 July 2008, 10:01:18 »

I don't know how to contact the forum owners, so am asking this way.

Mods, please delete me from this forum, I have been made to feel very unwelcome, and even been called a liar by Lizzie Zoom.  Such comments weren't necessary, imho, and I am not a liar.

I do, however know when I'm not wanted!

Bye.

Read my posting fully and all in context with all the other factors, then you will see I did not call you a liar.  The offer you quote WAS unrealistic that's all there is to it!

But do what you have to do.  I think the truth is now out.  Very sad really.

Surely joining a forum such as OOF means you should both accept help if asked for and also contribute (ie put something back in).  It seems your reason for joining was to get a "one way ticket".  Declaring this is not really in the spirit of the forum.

As for you being made to feel unwelcome, i have found the majority of members both helpful and friendly.

Foxy .. if you really want to go .. you do it yourself ... .. "User CP" .. then "Edit Profile"  then "Delete User".

It would be a shame if you left, you do still own a miggy, and until it is sold you are welcome (actually you are welcome even after then .. several members no longer own a miggy !).

I think there has been a little bit of misunderstanding on several fronts, what you posted may have been read differently than you intended, and you may have read things also not intended.

I cannot tell you what was meant..... or how to take it, but a step back and a huge "pinch of salt" may be a wise move.

The forum is a good and friendly place .. you just appear to have started out in an "unusual" situation.

How about we all back off and think about the way what we write MIGHT be taken.. even if we don't mean it that way ... before we click the "post" button   :y :y :y
