The heater fan components and wiring are dog shit on those.

The Zafira seems to be a car which is hard to really love........think white goods.

Perhaps some owners are being a bit clumsy with a box of matches and a gallon of unleaded. :) ::)

Luckily mine is off the road  :o 

Mine vibrates (or did it squeak?) from the dash over certain types of roads. Can't remember now as its been a very long time since I last drove it

And the heater fan components and resister were mentioned as a possible fault as someone said . Blocked pollen filter was mentioned too  :(

I bet its the heater resistor, what will be interesting is if the ones going to smoke are genuine ones or the real cheap nasty tat that you buy on ebay.

Climate control is the answer!  ;D :y

I was actually thinking about my Zafira this morning and to be honest, its a bloody good car, pretty well built, reliable, economical, pretty comfortable, enough room.

That will now lower the used values so will be looking around for one . Guess the dash has to come out to check/replace the resistor  :-\
