The blue and red and grey and green are likely to be where a fault is as the window opens from drivers side also everything else on the door works and switch does light light up the two wires spit to the motor and switch
That should be straightforward enough to check through... if there appears to be nothing untoward you can always swap the affected section over... but don't dismiss the white wire out of hand... it is this which supplies the switching current to the passenger door :y

Ok so out of curiosity I unplug the motor and switch and connected to the other loom then plug into the door still the same so I imagine the problem is in the flexible connection

Is there a wire on another part of the loon that's working and use that feed if theres a break in the flexible connection from the mirror electrics or something?

If I have read that correctly, then that is correct :y

Don't think so, mirror wiring is only connected to the window wiring by virtue of the switch being integral to the drivers door switch assembly and sharing the plugs between the body and doors... oh and some tape ;)

As an aside, does the passenger mirror do what you expect?

Is it possible to swap the white wire with the blue red or green grey just to find out which one is the problem?

Connecting the White wire at the window switch to either the BlueRed or GreenGrey wire at the window motor with the ignition on should make the window move...
