I would like to see the mess you need to clear up once it's done a brew. Can't see them automating the tidying up. Yeast + Hops + Wort = mess. Can't avoid that. ;D

As well as being dependent on the business staying afloat to provide the cartridges.  If the company goes belly up, you have lost your money and that kind of wonga can pay for a decent semi-custom built setup which can produce a lot more beer per batch.
