if its happening just the same at same speed in neutral with the engine at idle then that probably rules out the exhaust as well as engine and gearbox.  you could try switching the engine off but i never said that and don't - it won't give you much more information and it's not safe (not least loss of power steering and braking)

Be a fairly efficient way of trashing the gearbox too...

My initial thoughts would be wheel/tyre related as well, probably fronts given the speeds. 2nd thought would be movement in the steering/suspension.

I sort of discounted the tyres as I had 2 new ones put on the front a few weeks back and I am pretty sure that the problem existed before then.
