I used to work form 6pm till 4.30am and I loved it, I would be out of bed by 12.30pm and that would leave me the rest of the day :)

Dont work nights but could do. I only get around 3-4 hours sleep a night. Maybe less if I can't nod off. My son seems to have conditioned me. For 2 years he would wake up every hour and a half.

Know the feeling, I work nights and rarely get proper sleep.  A few cat naps through the day amounting to about 4-5 hours sleep a night.  Can make you ill without a doubt.  :(

I work rotating days and nights, which can be a real pain to get used to! Luckily I don't mind it and it means I get loads of time off! :y :y :y :y

I certainly don't get 8 hours, 5-6 more usual for me.
I read recently as you get older you tend to sleep less.
could sleep for 12 hours no problem as a teenager. :y :y
