Traded In FL
« on: 26 March 2016, 18:28:43 »

Okay, who has traded in their 2.5 V6 Silver FL Saloon recently for a BMW?

Got an Elite sitting in work that has been traded in this week. Bodywork does not look in bad condition. Haven't opened it up yet to look inside but has black leather and some god-awful aftermarket external DVD screen setup from the look of it.

Oddly enough the local Ford/Citroen dealer has of late taken in quite a few 1 and 3 series BMW's as part ex's.Not sure if this means Ford/Citroen are getting more "up market" or whether it's finally dawning on people that BMW's are not as good as hype would have them believe. As an aside in the 21yrs I've been based on their premises they've only ever had one Omega part ex'd and that was a 2L back when they were a purely Ford dealer.
