Windscreen replacement cost
« on: 16 April 2016, 12:36:11 »

Hi all! I currently need to replace my windscreen, & was just wondering what the average cost was. It's currently off the road, so isn't an insurance job.

Budget for 80 to 110 fully fitted.

Or get hold of your own screen, then find a Fitter who accepts beers tokens (25 to 40 notes).

I paid £148 for a new screen fitted by Phoenix Windscreens in Exeter 3 years ago.  :)

Did you have to buy the plastic trim seat set with that also?

Don't know to be honest, I dropped it off at 9am and let them get on with it.   ::)

Went into town, did some shopping, had lunch and picked it up about 2pm. Job jobbed!  :y

Depends what you want... My elite with heat reflective and auto wipers was £300 ish. But I didn't bother ringing around as he is a trusted fitter ;) :y

Just want a standard screen fitted, as it's for track days now. It's to far gone to be a nice motor!
