I like Saab. They make for an interesting left field choice. :y

I could be tempted by the 2.8V6 version, which seem reasonably priced. :y

Sorry Sir, but the 2.8 V6 is the 'baby' engine.  The HOT 2.3 is the one which makes the power.

The Holden derived V6 will not take the power of the bigger turbo, that's why you only have a small one! (Said the Actress to the Bishop).

Nah.....as the yanks say 'there ain't no replacement for displacement'

You, sir,  sadly have 2 pistons and 500 cc missing. :) ;)

Which would be very true if a measly 2800cc V6 was considered large.

You sir, sadly have two CYLINDERS and 500cc too much for the piss poor output!  ;D :y

As a side note - The 9-5 was never offered with the 2.8 V6.  The 9-3 on the other hand!

Yup. For something that really IS a Vauxhall in a posh frock and is no doubt ridiculous to insure as light panel damage would probably write it off due to lack of parts.

I think the v6 isn't bad if you're not interested in hardware mods. Just a remap will take them up to about 300bhp and 400ft lbs iirc.

Yeah exactly and to be honest I prefer the look of the previous shape especially the one with the dark tint headlights.

I just had a feeling they did make a 2.8T 9-5 towards the end, Not easy to find the 2.8T not many about couldn't see one on eBay so thought put Saab 9-5 on Auto Trader an set the search for 'price highest first' and there it was  ;D

don't know really , I put her on Ebay but every time I sit in her :'(  I just want to remove the auction.
Don't want to keep 3 cars really when Im using only one, the new saab is a new project ( I will have a quite few things to sort it out on it) and then.

But I could have more space in the garage probably I could keep Omega in it. ( just to look on her sometimes :)
