One of those days......

Where everything has gone right  :y

Windscreen was chipped badly over the weekend, booked it into Autoglass for fitting this morning, after the debarcle that Mark DTM has had i must say i was a little concerned.
2 hours later the screen was in and the job done, all new trims and it looks to sit nice and evenly.

Straight from there to the MOT station, i was under the impression that the MOT expired Aug 2nd, so i had left it to the last minute...again
2 hours later it was delivered back with a 13 month MOT and no advisories, it didn't expire until 22nd august, i had misread it.

Whilst waiting for the MOT a package arrived, one grille and two eyebrows, so they have been painted and the grille fitted, fortunately because the car is dark we dont need to paint the area behind the grille :y
then a letter arrived with my tax disc holder and rear window sticker  :y

Don't think he would take them for that, after all, you had the job done how it should be done, you were not rubbing it in, were you :o :o :o

Nice one, Jay. Great news on the MOT front  :y

One of my little jobs before the next MOT is the windscreen -- my insurers insist I use Autoglass, so pleased to hear the job was a good'un
