Did not want the meetings thread to get hijacked, so posting here....
Unfortunately, my daughter has been admitted to hospital with a suspected form of meningitis. She was in Horton, Banbury, but has gone downhill and been transferred to the John Radcliffe, Oxford.
Thanks to those who have posted or been in touch. Appreciated

Despite criticisms, the NHS works wonders when it's really needed, so your daughter will get the best of cqare and treatment.

One of my Grandsons was diagnosed with Meningitis when he was about a year old, fortunately he came through unscathed & is a perfectly healthy 8 year old now. A very worrying time for you but hope everything turns out for you stay strong .

Thanks for all your kind posts.
Update is they tried to do a brain scan, but she became unwell so scan was cancelled. Hoping to do it tomorrow.

Life just kicks you in the pilchards at times. Just had the final clearance from HMRC dealing with mum's estate, also last monies in for Chris's mum's estate. Can now start to dish out the monies to the kid's and this happens !!!!!!
