Don't worry, 39 is nothing.
Hit 40 and you'll get hangovers(after a heavy night of 2 pints ::)  )your doctor will consider you as a pin cushion, your eyesight will deteriorate, and you'll feel shit all the time. There are bad points too.

The first hangover masks most of the effects. It's only when you look back that you realise that it all happened at once.
