Please help I have 2 vacuum line problems in my omega 3.0 . while inspection, I found one missing line in the passenger side next to the breather hoses. What is the routing of this vacuum and what is it for? Pic is attached.
The second line is that coming from the SAI valve that the mechanic fitted improperly. I would be so greatful if anybody having the same car could provide a pic from his car thanks and regards

Pictures not the clearest, but if you mean the U shaped rubber hose connected to nothing, that is the automatic gearbox breather and can basically be ignored.

Cannot help with the egr plumbing though as never owned one

Presume also you are not in the UK? No issue, but your passenger side is our driver side

As DG said, pic not very clear, but I'll give a try:

pic 1 - you have a purge valve there, on which the vac line is connected.

pic 2 - the hose that is connected on disc-shaped SAI valve should be connected to the actuator valve (below the valve on the left on the pic, attached to the radiator via bracket). Actuator valve should be connected to the vacuum hose that goes from the plenum to brake servo.

So sorry for the bad pics I had new clear pics please help since no good mechanics here in Bahrain for Opel as they are rare cars here.

pic 1 - you have a purge valve there, on which the vac line is connected.

pic 2 - the hose that is connected on disc-shaped SAI valve should be connected to the actuator valve (below the valve on the left on the pic, attached to the radiator via bracket). Actuator valve should be connected to the vacuum hose that goes from the plenum to brake servo.

Sorry to say, but it seems that all of the vacuum lines are messed up. Luckily, you've found a right place for information - this forum has CORRECT answers to 99% of omega problems.

 - your brake vacuum pipe seems to be wrapped up. Can you check if it has any small vac pipes connected to it? And if it does, where does it go?

Yes sir it was wrapped up because there was a big break booster hose leak and this is how it was fixed and it is working fine.
Yes there is 2 original kind like steel pipes coming out of it and connected right below it in a vac pump I guess? It is shown in the pic . I am sorry I tried my best to understand the diagram but i could not .I appreciate it if u can help in providing some real piç to the correct lines

Take a look at the brake vacuum hose (one that is wrapped up) - there shoul be one or two plastic pipes connected to it. Is it there?

Sorry for the wrong pic. I just checke the the brake hose and from it is all wrapped up from origin to insertion and there is no lines coming out of it

OK, this brake vac hose is where the vacuum pipies are usually connected to - this is where the vacuum for the multiram and aircon operation is taken from. On your car, this connections are lost with the repair of the brake hose.

Now, you either don't have vacuum anywhere, or the mechanic who did this, 'took' the vacuum from somewhere else. Possibly, he used the rubber pipe that goes to purge valve (as you said, it seems to be missing) to power the vacuum system.

So what do u suggest sir as the car is running rough and there is a fluctuating in rpm . the mechanic who repaired the brake hose has just wrapped it up without doing anything of you kindly said. The messed up line are from other garages where I feel so ad and wanna restore the vacuum lines to factory original settings please. Unfortunately, there is no god mechanic here for this job so I would rather do myself following ur instructions thanks

rough idle and jumping rpm is most probably due to an air leak - sucking air via that wrapped brake hose. Also,  check if the hose that should be connected to a purge valve is really connected. This hose is routed from IACV bybass -> over the driver engine head (bellow the loom casing, over the plug leads) -> behind the engine -> connects to the purge valve on the back of the passanger engine head (on your pics it seems that the connection for this hose on the purge valve is broken off).

I will take the pictures on my car this afternoon.

Can you get a new or good used brake vacuum hose?

PS. can you control heating, turn it off and on?
