Yep it has a perspex screen. Although it foes lift out if you want to. 

Leave it in, Albs, or it will mess your hair (singular) up 

 

Yes, I'd leave it in as well.    You learn a bit about aerodynamics and airflow of the vehicle without the mesh/Perspex. You are travelling forwards at speed but your baseball cap (a necessity in the sun if you are a bit thin on top) gets ripped off from behind if you look over your shoulder. I had the winter pack on mine, which blows warm air out of the headrest on to your neck, and I had hot air from the passenger seat if I went too fast. 

From my initial hatred of convertibles I actually grew to like it.

I will also be at risk of hot air from the passenger seat, if I can get swmbo to get in it.
She currently says she wont even sit in the thing. 
Ive never had a convertible, or mid engined or flat 6 engined car before so its all going to be a new experience.
If I dont get on with it Im confident I can sell it on without losing money. Might even make a bob or two.
Thats assuming it doesnt have some serious / terminal problem when I start driving it at the start of next month.
Might make a fool of myself on April 1st.

Just had my first drive in it. Its like an old fashioned raw sports car. You can feel and hear everything, snd a lovely engine note too.
I think Im going to like it.
Whether I like it enough to get rid of the Omega and keep it instead is another matter.
Time will tell.

I did back pedal when I realised my mistake.      I thought that was what you were implying until STEMO replied afterwards.    I'm always putting my foot in it.
