The Maxi ran from 1969 to 1981. Quite along production run.

Not quite sure which Vauxhall it would have been up against in 1969. Victor?

I'm not sure if this was Vauxhall's answer to the Maxi, but with a bit of a polish it would be ideal for Uncle STEMO's new car!  :y

The number plate's ideal for the old boy and he could transfer it when he upgrades to a Marina!  :P  ;D

Built into the Astra phone system are some useful sms codes:

ATD - at the doctors
BTW - bring the wheelchair
WTL - where's the lubricant
ISMSA - I've shit myself again
WTFMT - where the f***'s my teeth.

There is in mine and trust me I think it might have been removed from a maxi as it is quite honestly shockingly bad  >:(
