Shocked and stunned
« on: 29 July 2008, 08:56:15 »

I ordered some ATF from Opie, no problems there.  However, had I of known they use Amtrak as their courier, I probably would have gone elsewhere tbh, seeing as Amtrak have had a 100% failure rate with delivering when promised with me.

So you can only imagine my surprise when they knocked on my door at 8:45am on the correct day :o

I knew the atf was dispatched yesterday on an overnight service (which was when I found out it was Amtrak), but was still going to go into work, knowing they wouldn't deliver.  Good job I decided to stay at home.

Guess I'll have to do my ATF soon then.

As I've had the filters for a year, and gaskets, I am running out of excuses.  I'll be honest and say its not a job I'm looking forward to....

True. And you need a bastardised "killaspray" too, of course. :y

I have actually found Ford MT75 manual gearbox oil to be even more foul a hair dressing than ATF. It's as bad as ATF with an added touch of EP90 "cat's pee" aroma. :P

Swarfega really should bring out a range of shampoos with added polygrains. 8-)
