car bonnet

Hi my bonnet will not open something seemed to snap and the latch inside the car is loose....can anyone help to get into the bonnet :-\

Never owned a 2.2 so may have some more room over a V6 if you can get to the latch from under the Car, if not then through the Grill on a FL as explained in the guide.

Many thanks will give it a try. even thought of smashing the grill to get into the engine.....or a can opener ;D ;D

Smashy smashy time on the grill..... cheap enough and easy enough to replace.

Once black plastic is smashed out, need to reach in and release it manually, can be a tad difficult!

Then once open can work on it and replace the cable  :)

All fixed had to smash grill but had another which will do just now a pheasant flew into that one so its stuck together :D :D :D :D
