adjust steering wheel

Can anyone tell me how to adjust steering wheel height?

you can't. Steering columns are either completely fixed, or MFL on, the top part swivels up & down.

That is the column fitted to MFL onwards ie the top part has half a doz(ish) positions that swivel. As you lift the lever on the left, the wheel & the very top part of the column tips upwards on a spring. There is still no adjustment for reach.
