Starting to yearn for normality now. My body isn't used to staying on bed till 8-8:30, I keep thinking I'm behind with things. The dogs bowels are just about holding on till we get out  ;D

New Year ? Strikes me loads of people working very hard at having a good time, and failing !

Best thing about New Year . . . . . . Jools Hollands show on telly, and that's really not saying much

Go to bed in 2016, wake up in 2017. So what's changed ?

Am I richer ? Nope
Am I happier ? Nope
Am I getting more errr wotsit ? Nope
Do I have a greater sense of personal achievment ? Nope


Am I older ? yes
Am I nearer the end of my life ? Yes
Has tonights dinner and splashing out on a decent bottle of wine cost me more than I would normally spend ? Yes


So . . . . . happy 2017 to you all. (I'm having another couple of glasses of plonk and off to bed  :y )

In my road, when the fireworks finished, a dog started barking incessantly as I was dropping off to sleep at 2am.
I'm convinced that 99.9% of humans are unfit to be allowed to keep dogs as pets. If your dog is barking in the garden at anytime of the day or night, you should be banned for life from owning one.  >:(

My dog goes out into the garden for a pee...then comes back in. She's far too nosey to be stuck out in the garden, might miss someone eating something.  ;D
