Hi all,just a quick question.My tax runs out tomorrow 31st and i get paid tomorrow,is it still valid up to 12 midnight tomorrow.As i don't have enough in my bank to buy it today,thanks Dean.

Yes, Dean, it runs out at midnight tomorrow. Don't worry too much, I forgot mine last April and I didn't get a reminder for two weeks.

Just do it on line as a direct debit. Won't get taken until the 16th, then 1st of subsequent months

I pay both my car taxes by direct debit. Just set it up and forget about it.

What he meant, Dean, was you can pay annually by DD, so if you'd have done this, you wouldn't have to have paid till the 16th.

  you could always choose the pay monthly option that way you would get immediate cover & nothing would be taken from your bank for about 2wks. at a later date pay in full.
