I'm sure this must be listedon here somewhere, but I can't find it. Can anyone tell me what the ranking/star system means and how many posts you need to qualify as a Senior, etc., please?

I believe that the admin team purchase a Vauxhall VXR  for every OOFer wirh more than 15000 posts.
