Heard from the agent this morning that the vendor will agree if we pay another £500  no problems with that we expected at least £3000 so the ball is in motion , few weeks of tribulation but we are away for several days now the missus has retired so just going to chill.Oh and by the way it's got a south facing garden.😎

First bit of paperwork arrived today , got to say the estate agents have been on the ball so far with all parties concerned , even the female solicitor I spoke with seemed very pleasant, but as we all know it's early days yet.

Yep, she'll still go on holiday the day before exchange leaving all the paperwork locked in her safe.

Been through it 11 times before so know exactly what to expect , but older & wiser now I've got a house in fact I've got two, so if it all goes tits up what the hell .
