I can imagine the chaos it will cause on the M6 around Spaghetti Junction though.

When I go into Birmingham, its usually with half a dozen servers in the boot.  I can hardly get them on public transport.

Although I've all but closed our presence in there, just a lone server left, thats coming out the end of this month :)...    ...though a rumour is they want to build a new node there <facepalm>

When I had to go to Birmingham I just tried to drive straight past on the M5/M6 or M42, where usually I met traffic jams! ::) ::) :D ;)

Only really stopped for the NEC! :P

Depending on how the pub goes the day before, I will be there with a selection of baggage and snow clearing equipment  :D

Because the other option they give me is Londonium.  And that is a shithole of the highest order, being dirty, smelly, and full or arrogant arseholes.  I pretty much dislike central brum, but nowhere near as much as I detest London from the A406 inwards.
