If you are using a proxy to access, well, TBH, it'll always get blocked. That's the nature of them.

If you're not, PM me your (blocked) IP, and I will see if its in our block list and remove if required.

Does this mean I won't be able to access OOF via a VPN?

Depends....via VPN theres a fair chance you'll (try) to come in via a blocked IP and therefore wont get access.
Same for any site that utilises blocklists.

Also recommend PIA (Private Internet Access)  ... it's up and running as I type .. :) telling the world I'm somewhere in Germany at the moment !!

Trouble with proxies (including VPNs) is you're sharing IPs with a much higher percentage of dodgy people, and thus far more likely to end up on IP block lists.
