Wishful thinking....all they've done is given up the courier business and moved into running trains instead:

Ahhhh cool...had visions of thousands of parcels suddenly disappearing when last shift finished and ebay being swamped... ;D

Excluding the last delivery from them, they had a 100% failure rate delivering here.

we have the same issues with City link AKA shitty link........

couldn't find an address with a sat nav or street map, totally rather useless

I used to have problems with Shitty Link, but they are brilliant now for me.  In the 7.5yrs I've lived in Brackley, they have never failed to deliver when promised.

I've had several large white goods delivered by City Link...can't complain at all plus you can do some (limited) tracking before they arrive.  :y
