The more I think about this, the more indignant I become. All the rich toffs in the Tory party probably owe their fortunes to money passed down over the years, and lots of it from 'merchants' no doubt. Are they going to give it back?
And as for Labour sniping away, asking the government what it's going to do about racism. Is the anti Semitic enquiry still going on? The biggest fickin bunch of racists since the KKK.
Do these people think, by showing 'solidarity', they are going to make the tiniest bit of difference? Racists are racist, you cannot change that. The law already covers racism in the workplace, in sport, on a sunny afternoon on Hampstead Heath....everywhere. What more can be done? Educate people? Eff off.

They are hypocrites of the finest order, every fickin one of them, including the black members of parliament. Standing shoulder to shoulder with people that they know are racist, just to show a united front. FFS, Yorkshire Tea came out with a statement denouncing racism today. It's stomach churning.

You'd need to be pretty ignorant to know that the global tea farming industry is founded on the work of generations of slaves. Much like pretty much every rural industry the world over

A suggestion that keeps being implied at the Daily Corona Virus Briefing is that systemic racism is the reason why minority ethnic groups are more susceptible to catching Batflu and dying from it... Waiting for the scientific response to point out anatomically they're different...

In the same way that people of African origin are more susceptible to sickle cell disease; or why Chinese people can't hold their drink (no yellow jokes, but their livers evolved differently and can't process alcohol as readily); or why ginger Scots and Irish burn instantly if they say 'summer, summer, summer'.

It's not racist, it's evolution. Deal with it.
