A full PM box won't stop delivery of PMs.

oh? what if all the boxes are full? sent and inbox etc?

It still goes to recipients inbox.  As soon as recipient logs on, it will delete the oldest messages so that only 50 exist in inbox, and 30 exist in Outbox.
