Is Starmer insane?
« on: 26 September 2021, 17:19:05 »

https://youtu.be/Jn9ANrLWM3M

This is all to do with Labour MP Rosie Duffield pointing out that only a woman has a cervix and a vagina.

Starmer has refused to back her, and as a result she is staying away from the party conference for fear of retribution.

Marr should have asked Starmer .......who else has a cervix and vagina other than women?

Madness. :-\

Reading between the lines Starmer is saying that conference is a safe place for Rosie to attend.......so long as she leaves her bigoted transphobic views behind. MEN CAN HAVE A FANNY AND A CERVIX TOO. :D :-X :-\

WTF has happened to the Labour party?

In a desperate attempt to attract support, it's become the party of the wokist nutter. Long may it continue, they can't change the law from where they sit.

I seriously suspect its dying. If a new party which connected with working class people came along Labour would disappear.
It could have been UKIP but they were more interested in arguing amongst themselves - peoples front of Judea V Judean peoples front style.
It might have been Change UK but Farage was burnt out, and left them to it, so now looks unlikely.
It may happen in the next few years though.

Change UK was Anna Soubry's anti Brexit party.  ;)

He's not insane, just facing the same level of stupidity that led the Conservative Party to gamble on a Brexit referendum. The thing is that his lunatic fringe has equally risible, but very different objectives.

And he has pissed away his easy start(taking on Boris during lockdown was like shooting fish in a barrel, but not loading the gun) by not clamping down on the party's nutters and coming up with some policies that lead to an election manifesto. Which shouldn't surprise anyone, because he's a technocrat not a leader. He would have been better as the deputy leader who was hated for pushing through electable policies and discipline - something both parties have been missing for at least a decade.

The Tories seem to have enough electable policies, that's why they keep getting elected. Mind you, they only really need one....not being Labour.

I haven't quite grasped the importance of this whole "trans" thing yet but there seems to be a huge thrust  by the members of that community in politics  as a whole .....
From the importance that it seems to be being given by some parties it would imply that there is an enormous assemblage of confused cross dressers living amongst you all over there , certainly enough to warrant political parties wooing their votes .
Now being comfortably ensconced deep in the mountains of SW Ireland I dont seem to encounter too many of that ilk, although I thought I detected a slight 12 o'clock shadow on big Clodagh the postmistress on Saturday .... .
Scotland , in particular , seems to be teetering on the edge of a shoogely  stilletto abyss with the importance of cowering to the peculiar " rights " of this over vociferious amalgamation.
In this era of over amplified offence by social media I just don't see why any political party should be so overtly concerned about the sexual orientation of a group rather than the more obviously important difficulties that seem to be facing the country in the immediate and long term future .

After watching SKS on the the Andrew Marr show yesterday he confirmed my belief that he is impuissant, ineffectual and rudderless .
A man that knows he doomed to be another chapter in the history of Labours demise .
And as for that gobshite Rayner ......
It fills me with despair because every democracy needs a strong sensible opposition and that does not exist in any of the four corners of the UK .

I grew up with Labour leaders Wilson and Callaghan.

They would talk about shipbuilders, dockers, miners, builders......and members of the working class in general.

There was never any 'tranny talk' or ambiguity about the definition of the word woman. It appears that Starmer has no understanding of female biology. :-\
