God, when will you all stop whinging about other people's medical issues and going on, and on, and on, about those in society who were born with a brain gender different than what their bodies suggest they should have. These threads repeat themselves now every few months.
Yes it is a well recognised condition by specialist and general medical professionals, that has been becoming far better understood over many decades since at least the 1930's. That is why Gender Identity Clinics exist along with the support surgical services and the Gender Recognition Act 2004 is in existance.
Yes, TRANSMEN can have a cervix and vagina and, shock, horror, CAN give birth to live babies [/highlight]until they have the final gender reassignment operation. TRANSWOMEN, once they have had the final gender reassignment operation, have a vagina but cannot reproduce, much to the long term distress of them with female brains since they were born, or before.
So instead of trying hard to make fun and degrade those who have this unfortunate, life changing, condition, just either support them or just say nothing and stop causing them even greater distress than they are suffering all ready. Live and let live in your so perfect lives!! 
Are you aware that transmen are 'biological women' hence there is no shock horror they can give birth. Only women can give birth, only women have periods, only women have a cervix. Men can not give birth. It's really not rocket science.
Actually my views are in line with 99% of the population including 'gender critical feminists such as Germaine Greer and Rosie Duffield. These women are actually champions of 'women's rights' not more rights for biological men.
Despite women causing me much grief over the years (most of it of a financial nature) I vey much like and enjoy women.
Biological men can identify as they like, I really don't care......but biology can not be dismissed as irrelevant and a man can never be a woman.

I was answering your original post to emphasis Transmen can give birth, so it is not just "women" who have a cervix and vagina. Those individuals identify as masculine, but may go through a final female act to provide them and their partner with children. THEIR CHOICE and one that does not effect you, so get over it!
As for "thinking about that", I have great personal experience of this subject going back 60+ years, studying at close quarters all the aspects of the Trans condition and can say there is a lot of ignorance about the issue, which Sir Starmer has touched on and wishes to rectify within his Party. You are continually reflecting that ignorance, that thank goodness is declining and unlike you is recognising brain gender when assessing the whole persons persona.
Yes of course there are some individuals like the disgraced Germaine Greer who have a different viewpoint thinking she is helping us women's cause, but like with a number of her viewpoints she is out of touch with science and reality.
As for Peter Tatchell, he actually supports BOTH women's and transwomen rights, and has done for 50+ years, so why try and use him in the argument against trans people? His comment about there are transwomen and non-transwomen is actually just stating fact, not trying to belittle, insult or purely mock as you do.

As for being out of touch with science and reality, as far as Homo Sapiens goes, only biological women can give birth.
That is irrefutable.
Being trans doesn't change that. By your own definition, it is a mental issue not a biological one.
Turning your bits inside out (that works both ways) does not make you biologically anything other than how you were born, although it might make you feel better... (in itself not necessarily a bad thing).
But all the woke band wagon is doing is turning the traditional thinking majority against anything that's different or unusual.
Without all the woe is us BS, the vast majority of people don't have an issue with people being different or living their own lives as they choose. The objection, and ultimately hostility, comes from constantly being told that traditional tolerant beliefs are wrong, defunct, or worse an affront.
After 60 years of 'dealing' with being misgendered or whatever the current woke term is, you should be content to just be, well, content.
Obviously you aren't, but that's up to you, not anyone else, however Jurassic you might think people are in their beliefs.
