A 20yr old is being charged with treason,making threats to kill and carrying an offensive weapon after allegedly being found in the grounds of Windsor Castle on Xmas day carrying[in their words]"What is believed to be a crossbow". Although if found guilty he'd not get it does treason still carry the death penalty? I know it remained a hanging offence even after the death penalty had been generally abolished.

Don't be silly ,he probably has mental health issues or he's not sure if he's male/female or something else, any excuse now so balmy folk don't have to face the consequences for their actions.
