Yep, im on a diet....

Got to have my 3 pack for the beach in a fortnight.

To Be honst its not so much a diet just de junking; lost a stone by doing it mind you and i`m under 13 stone now.

Jeez listen to us were like women on here  :-[

stay away from sweet and sweet drinks..

cut alcoholic drinks as they open your apetite..

drink milk or eat yoghurt with every meal (prooven as calcium prevents oil to enter body)

and eat only one style in the meal (not a mixture of proteins and carbohydrates and vitamins)

sleep less..(really effective but bad for health)

and a confess - I dont try any of them  ;D


ps: during diets , milk is critical as it includes most of the things that the body need.

In the last 6 months,i have reduced my excercise to almost zero,started eating more and drinking more beer,i have swelled to 11 1/2 stone and my waistline has grown from 30" to 31".  :D ;D

And I am not going to say anything nasty about any of our more 'rounded' members, dont want a row..... ;D ;D ;D
