Yep, They look to be the same specs, and not overly cheap.  They were cheaper in RS but the delivery cost was stupid

Well, partial success.  Swapped out the obviously bad Caps and managed to get it working of sorts.

There are clearly lots of other issues that make it a bin job, but at least retrieved the DVD that was in it before it heads to the tip.
