There is a person who has an STL file, but he wants for his money and not a little
To give you some idea, I reckon it would take me around 3hrs to design, and then another hour to do a test print (and I have a very fast printer), potentially with another 30m of redesign following the print, and another hour of printing.  I would be charging several hundred GBP for that, as it's not something I would be doing for myself.

And I want to try to print these "bananas" myself.
Fusion360 is free for non profit.  TBH, even the permanent web based freebie, TinkerCAD, is more than good enough for those items.  Try it, and learn at the same time :y.

Then when you have done it, if you want to give away your work, which would be commendable, let us know the URL link to them ;)

I guess that's subjective. But if you took the time, effort and knowledge to create it, what value would you place on such a thing?
If I knew how to model and make an STL file of this pen, I would post it in public forums. Since I know that many people have this problem, as well as with the reverse gear preload. By the way, the reverse gear preload STL is publicly available
