As I have a load of different passwords for various things [and I can't remember them all] I set the forum to remembering me,which it does on my laptop. It also used to recognise the same on my mobile phone until I recently changed my phone[but kept the same sim card/phone number]and now it doesn't recognise me on the phone. I've tried the reset password route and it says an e-mail has been sent but yet that's not arrived. So given I can't remember my password how do I set about linking back to my phone?

Without remembering/resetting your password, I can't see any way to log in on your phone. Make sure the reset email hasn't gone to spam or another folder.

The reset emails often do seem to go to spam.

If you're really stuck, PM an admin to reset it to something you know, and then you can change it yourself in Profile.

I might not be the best admin to ask, as I imagine my responses might be a bit slow due to my little sniffles.

Manflu can be fatal, lots of alcohol may just save you 👍

Well I've checked in spam and there's no sign of e-mails there either :-\ So I've done as TB suggested and sent a pm to an admin and will see how that goes.

Possibly worth trying another forgot password yourself, as we did find a fault with the email system yesterday sending emails out of the wrong IP, and looks like it's been that way for a while. Oops!

I can't face alcohol. Or food.  Its kinda pointless, as what goes in comes out very fast :(
