I'm afraid you will suffer heart rythm problems after..

Try a doctor and a medicine..

ps: the last 2 weeks wife and I suffer from the sleep problem because of neighbours ,  we are nearly like zombies..And I really am stupid now..

if staying awake whole day and night, solve any problem trust me I will also..

BUt you must sleep..

heres a my recipe..

take a hot shower..

the room where you will sleep must not be below 18-19 Celcius..

take a dark t-shirt and close your head with that..WHen your head become hot you will go sleep more easy..(from military service)

and the last hour before you go sleep stop all brain activites and dont smoke ..

drink one glass milk (I cant sleep with a hungry stomach)

also if any sound disturb you there are plastic materials that you can close your ears ..Try that also..
