He backed off, let Kimi go into the next corner.

Kimi crashed all on his own.

Its seams to be they are doing this either cause.

A) he is english
B) he is black

We all know what Max Mosley gets up to!

Massa cuts someone up in the pit lane, nothing, but hamilton? nooooo slap 25 secs on him...

Bunch of n00bs...

I would add a 'C'  baised to the colour red!!
Also Would wonder what changed hands.
As for the other one I wouldn't trust him as far as I could spit into a force 10 gale.

I think BE's love of Italian teams is the reason why that decision was never going to be overturned.  And whatever the FIA may say, BE still has the biggest influence...

If you read the justifications they seem to have used every inch of wiggle room.  "This was appealed before? Oh well no one brought up the issue of if this can be appealed or not at the time so even though it has been appealed before it really can't be."  Tosspots!

At least they're not immune from the credit crunch.  Lehman owned almost 17% of F1's holding company.  Someone's gotta come up with some dosh to keep that out of general circulation.  ::)

Yes TB and let's face it F1 is all big money and politics, nothing more, nothing less!! >:( >:( >:( >:(

The "sport" factor was killed off some time ago from what I can see as a non-F1 fan. ::) ::) ::) ;)

besides, I secretly hope hamilton doesn't win the championship, simply because the country has gone Hamilton crazy.

Its revived a boring sport that should be allowed to die.  I saw a race a few weeks ago, one of the commentators commented how it was really exciting and the best in ages. I fell asleep.

That is really sad if that is the case!! :( :( :( :(

The commercialism and politics is spoiling all our "sports", just like football at the highest levels really.  It is all about money and politics as I stated about F1. >:(  Sad! :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

 Got a Ferrari?

Not quite good enough at driving?

Are other boys faster than you in the wet?

Then you need:

Ferrari International Assistance (FIA)

This exclusive Ferrari only membership club has many benefits.
Including:

Anti overtaking assurance
Been overtaken? Feel a bit silly? Don't worry, we'll rule out the
other party even if it is embarrassingly obvious that they're faster
than you

Exclusive access to a secret "second lane" in the pits
Just to make things a little bit easier we've arranged a private
second lane just for you

Guaranteed world championship?
Had a crash? Need to win the world championship? Don't worry just limp
across the track and take off your nearest championship title
contender - we'll do the rest

A bit strapped? Need extra cash?
Simply get one of your team to tell someone else how you make your
cars. We'll guarantee a $100,000,000 windfall so that the rich get
richer!

Bits falling off your car? Looking a bit dangerous?
At Ferrari International Assistance we operate a "blind eye" policy
just for Ferrari drivers

Been a bit silly? Taken off another driver whilst following the safety
car?
It's ok, as long as you didn't hurt yourself. I mean, who are Force
India anyway? And how dare they be in front of you

A bit bored? Want some extra action?
With FIA plus you can take part in a number of additional membership
activities including the popular "kill your pit crew" game

Not sure when you might need us next?
Relax. Check out our track record. We're confident that we'll be able
to make something up on the spot that will get you out of any pickle
that you might find yourself in

Bonus offer!

* Order our FIA plus pack and receive exclusive access to our German
prisoner orgies *

Ferrari International Assistance - Making it up as we go along for
over 100 years

Come on Jaime, what's wrong with having an English sportsman that is actually very skilled, exciting and exceptionally good at what he does? We don't have much to crow about when it comes to sports in the UK so let's not knock it! :o As many of you know, I'm a great motorsport enthusiast and there hasn't been an Englishman this good in F1 since Nigel Manell. At least Hamilton is trying to race and put on a good show, it's just a shame that the governing body of F1 lets it down. :(

just to play devil's advocate here.....what would have happened if LH tried the same move at Monaco where theres no run off area? He would either have to have backed right off or ploughed into a barrier - so the fact is he did gain an advantage - yes he let KR through, but he was inches from his gearbox and wouldn't have been anywhere near as close if he'd taken the chicane properly - so I can see where he gained an advantage.

and you can never appeal a stop/go penalty - thats always been the case - and this was a 10 sec stop/go pen (as it was inside the last 3 laps he was given an equivalent time penalty instead ie 25secs)

i've watched F1 for over 20yrs and to me it looked a bit cheeky at the time - if i'm honest i didn't think they would penalize him - but i'm not surprised they did

the chief of the stewards, who was max mosleys representative at Spa is an ex labour mep who now runs a consultancy agency in London.
Until recently this agency did a lot of work for

FERRARI. >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(
Hamilton did what every motorsport competitor has done for decades -if you gain an advantage by cutting a corner you let the other bloke past and then come back at him as soon as possible.I have seen it done at the chicane just after the tunnel at Monaco many times.
